This includes arranging all necessary Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for each residence involved. (COIs are also required for charity pickups, as well as any local or long-distance vendors or movers.)

We manage with dignity the peaceful division of possessions; ship furniture and other possessions to beneficiaries; arrange for the sale, auction, consignment, and/or donation of the remaining items; sort, organize and shared papers as needed; and handle complete, thorough extensive apartment clean-outs and cleanups.
